We have just one store in Australia, opening at Tempe, Sydney. If you would like to recommend a place for us to open a store, write to us and let us know! 

Is it mandatory to be a member to buy from Decathlon?

What is your return and exchange policy?

We believe you deserve the best service, and we can't guarantee that to you on the phone at this time. We'll do our best to help you over email and chat! 

As a member of Decathlon, you have 365 days to return or exchange your purchase.


If you'd like to return for an exchange (on any product across our website), we'll send you a free-postage label so you can send us the product back. Meanwhile, we'll place a new order and send you what you need in exchange.


In case you'd like to return for a refund, you can return the product(s) either through AU post or Parcelpoint and we'll refund the price of the product to you as soon as your return is on its way to us. Refunds take 1-3 business days to reach you.

Something I'm looking for is out of stock. What now?

All orders placed before noon (12pm AEST) are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney Monday-Friday every week. 

To find out how long your order will take to reach you, please click here. 

When products are out of stock on our website, we usually take 4-6 weeks to replenish them. In case you need more clarity on a specific product, please write to us and we'll be happy to help you. 

We are an exclusive membership warehouse both online and in-store. Yes, it is mandatory to sign up before you buy.
