Where are your stores in Australia?

We have just one store in Australia, at Tempe, Sydney. If you would like to recommend a place for us to open a store, write to us and let us know! 

We're sorry we don't have a delivery charge calculator yet. You can find an estimate of how much delivery costs here.

Do you deliver to New Zealand?

We are an exclusive membership warehouse both online and in-store. Yes, it is mandatory to sign up before you buy. 

What is your return and exchange policy?

What are the delivery charges to....

As a member of Decathlon, you have 365 days to return or exchange your purchase.


If you'd like to return for an exchange (on any product across our website), we'll send you a free-postage label so you can send us the product back. Meanwhile, we'll place a new order and send you what you need in exchange.


In case you'd like to return for a refund, you can return the product(s) either through AU post or Parcelpoint and we'll refund the price of the product to you as soon as your return is on its way to us. Refunds take 1-3 business days to reach you.

When products are out of stock on our website, we usually take 4-6 weeks to replenish them. In case you need more clarity on a specific product, please write to us and we'll be happy to help you.
