THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN OMNI SPORT LEADER:

We are part of a global network and we are now looking for the passionate sports lovers of Australia to join our startup team. You will help boost our economic activity via our retail warehouses and e-commerce. You will have the chance to be part of our pioneer team in Australia, and set up the roots of the company starting in Sydney.

- Respond to and resolve all inbound customer queries (email, live chat, social)

As customer happiness officer you will give sunshine a run for its money. Over email, live chat or personally, you will deliver world-class service and go out of your way to keep our customers happy.

WHAT IS ON OFFER:

  • Drive traffic in-store and online
  • Create a community around our stores
  • Produce local content centered around our products, our team and store activities 
  • Distribute this content over marketing channels - Email, Social, Print
  • Create and execute a communication calendar
  • Offer marketing services internally to sport leaders to support their business growth
  • Manage the social media profiles of the store


THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MARKETING COORDINATOR:

Covering almost 70+ sports, our product range is filled with innovative, quality products at affordable prices. Our omni-channel retail experience is one customers love. Our team is filled with sport crazy, passionate people working together in a dynamic environment.

As a marketing coordinator, you will play a critical role in improving customer satisfaction and engagement. Your key responsibility will be to use marketing channels to communicate our purpose, values, offer - and drive customers into our stores. 


This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about customer-focused marketing to join a small team in it’s growth phase. 


  • Passion for sport: Non-negotiable!  
  • Basic experience in digital marketing or working with an online business (email marketing skills will be preferred)
  • Extremely good communication skills – both verbal and written 
  • Basic mathematical and analytical ability 
  • Competence as a negotiator, hustler and growth hacker (Someone with the prior experience of building communities – at any level – is preferred) 
  • Elastic adaptability: you should be able to change colours with ease and be free to work weekends/late nights on a rotating roster
  • Coordination and project management skills
  • A hunger to learn new things and stay up-to-date with the industry
  • Previous work experience preferred - but welcome all applications, we believe anyone with the right attitude can learn anything!
  • Photoshop & Video editing skills are a big plus
