THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN OMNI SPORT LEADER:

Online and Offline:

- Merchandising, stock management and order fulfilment

- Customer relations, community involvement and being an ambassador of the brand

- Recruiting loyal customers and teammates

- Driving economic activity for your sport (mobile, desktop, store)

We are part of a global network and we are now looking for the passionate sports lovers of Australia to join our startup team. You will help boost our economic activity via our retail warehouses and e-commerce. You will have the chance to be part of our pioneer team in Australia, and set up the roots of the company starting in Sydney.

As customer happiness officer you will give sunshine a run for its money. Over email, live chat or personally, you will deliver world-class service and go out of your way to keep our customers happy.

Online and Offline:

- Respond to and resolve all inbound customer queries (email, live chat, social)

- Efficiently manage online order flows between internal teams

- Create reports to monitor customer satisfaction and identify training needs

- Inspire teammates through training

- Improve efficiency of your activity through continuous process improvement 

- Drive economic activity (online/offline) for your passion sport 

- To be an active, local sports person who is passionate about both sport and retail

- An obsession for service and happiness to others 

- Ability to take the initiative in a start-up environment

- Strong communication skills both written and verbal 

- Empathy, Patience and Sensitivity 

- Full Flexibility on a rotating roster, Monday-Sunday from 9am-9pm.
